FlowLaunch Digital Studio is a trading name used by Krisztian Havasi, operating as a sole trader in the United Kingdom.

Krisztian Havasi is the data controller responsible for personal information collected through this website and through direct business communications.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through the Project Enquiry form unless it is genuinely necessary for your request.

FlowLaunch Digital Studio does not sell personal information.

How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not become active projects will normally be retained for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful communication.

Client, project, contractual, invoice and accounting information may be retained for up to six years after the end of the relevant relationship, or for longer where required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute.

Technical records and cookie information are retained according to the purpose and duration of the relevant technology.

Information will be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably required. UK sole traders must retain relevant business records for the statutory tax-record period.
 

Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis used, you may have the right to:

• request access to your personal information

• request correction of inaccurate information

• request deletion of information

• request restriction of processing
